The message below is from somebody looking for advice after having problems with a DIY sealing attempt that went wrong on a block paved driveway...

Dear Chris
Just to give you a final update on the polyurethane saga.

We resorted to FIRE! No I'm not joking we spent the best part of
Saturday night spreading thinners on it to soften it and used scrapers
to try and remove the sand (I've got very good friends and they all
mucked in) - Sunday morning it looked awful with very little improvement
first thing Sunday morning we purchased a higher powered pressure washer
with the intention of spreading more thinner and scraping but once again
this wasn't really doing anything so my hubby and friend resorted to
burning it off. Believe it or not it has worked don't get me wrong its
still a work in progress my husband spent over 8 hours jetwashing each
individual brick and there's still a section left as we ran out of daylight.

I'm sure it will never look as good as it did originally and will
probably need quite a few jetwashing sessions to get it anything near
like it looked before but I just wanted to say out of all the many
emails I sent in desperation you are the only person that took the
trouble to respond and I really appreciate it thank you so much.

I will keep your website on file and who knows if I can talk my husband
into a new drive eventually you will be first on my list.
